Description:
My Client is seeking between $1,000,000 - $1,500,000 for an extended stay hotel. This would yield an ownership percentage of 50% - 60% and pledged ownership for 100% should none of the investment criteria be met. Guaranteed returns would be 12% c/c. A straight investment 'full risk, full reward' would be in the 26% - 28% c/c when the hotel is up to full operating potential. My Client is a Developer/Contractor and has over a decade of flagged hotel management experience.

This is expected to be a 3 - 5 year hold, and a sale as soon as optimum performance has been sustained for 12-18 months, giving us the best sale price. The Gross Annual Income is expected to be $1,800,000.
