My Client is seeking $1.1 Million for the acquisition and development of raw land for the purpose of subdividing it into residential lots for homebuilders. The project is expected to be completed in 10 - 24 months. The $1.1 Milion investment is secured by fully insured Common Tenancy Deeds to the entire project.
