As the Baby Boomers are growing older they are going to have to face the reality that they can not always do what they are doing in a normal manner. I have the idea of creating the largest Retirement home in Canada, where social interactment will be great along with the quality of service. Many of us know as businesses get larges they start to lose that personal connection with the coustomers, but my goal is to find investors that will be willing to buy into my business plan. In the first 5 years the business will be turning profits, and it is a very stable business with a very large market. I will beoffering plans to clients much like RRSP's that will be used to invest in the business and the clients will be securing that they will have a place to stay and be taken care of after they have retired. The reason this business is a very good idea is because it is partnered with a Funeral Home, as we have to face it that none of our clients will be with us forever. This allows us to give discounts to our Retirement Home clients on plots and cremation.
