Description:
I am an entertainment attorney (12 years in practice and well published) and a producer. I have a proposal for a talk show that would create a brand. The topic of the talk show it's totally unique, timely, and marketable, which is a feat in and of itself. My idea is to create a brand: a website with a store, a hotline, a free magazine as a publicity tool for the website, and TALK SHOW EPISODES (1 a week). Once the site it up and running and successful, then I will shop the show to television with an agent's assistance (I have one interested). I'm looking for at least $1 million; this is what I need to keep everything running for a year -- my worst case scenario.

I have a proposal, which I will gladly provide once I have a signed non-disclosure.
