I need to draw up a proposal for a 50MW plant in South africa. I need experts who will assist in the whole process from business plans to formulating all the essential contracts with the government and relevant industry players.

We want to build a CSP plant in the next 5 years in South Africa. There are high returns for everyone involved.

We want to approach this project from many different angles:
Social perspective
Carbon perspective
Develoment
skills transference

We need people who understand this technology and who are able to take it forward to the next level right up to implementation.
