I have alot of experience in house flipping I have been doing everything from finding potential property to doing all the construction work to the houses in this area for 5 years in hopes the person i was doing it for was going to make me a partner so i could make just as much money as he was but he was just using me for all the dirty work and then he just set back and collected all the money..... So my request is to have some one help me get started with the purchase of just 3 houses and the money to renovate each of them Total investment is $575,000.00 I will pay back 20% plus the loan while the invester holds the property as collateral until it sells Will pay monthly payment's until properties sell then lump sums equaling total loan, finance charges and 20% commission. then i can get my name out there and get my business going and make us all alot of money....
