Since early 2010 Texas cities such as Dallas, Houston, and Austin have experienced an explosion of mobile kitchen/ food truck services. With low operating costs, mobility, and market adaptability, food trucks are a relatively safe investment whether short term or long term.
My mobile restaurant will be the next big thing in North Texas and there is always room for expansion. Being able to move the food truck to locations like sporting events, fairs, concerts, etc. gives my company an edge over the traditional competition. Lower operating costs allow for higher quality food at below-competitor pricing while maintaining a high profit margin.
I have a complete business proposal prepared and ready to present to potential investors. I am only looking for around $10K to get this ball rolling.
