Our Loan Programs Bulletin
We are a diversified brokerage firm that acts as correspondent, and/or representative for many experienced national and international funding groups. We offer a variety of lending services and are fully prepared to assist you with any temporary or permanent financing needs. Funds are available for refinance, purchase, or new construction. Below is a brief description of the kinds and terms of our financing programs:
1. Residential Loans: Permanent Financing, Residential Jumbo Loans, Construction Loans, Residential Seconds etc. Rates as low as 4.5%, fixed for up to 30 years, with as high as 97% loan to value ratios are available.
2. Commercial Loans: Commercial/Industrial, Forward Commitments, Construction Loans, Standby Commitments, Permanent Loans, First or Second. Competitive rates are available for these loans in the amount of $100,000 and up. Most of the loans available are amortized 25 to 30 years with a 5 or 10-year term.
3. Commercial Finance/Business Loans: Working Capital, Inventory & Equipment, Expansion, Lines of Credit, Accounts Receivable and Leasing. We handle business loans from as low as $100,000 and up for feasible projects and some financing can be arranged for venture capital loans.
4. Private Loans: Firsts and Seconds, Residential and Commercial. We have a constant supply of funds ready to close equity-only loans on hard to place financing requests. Our main criteria is low loan to value ratios, even if the borrower may have had some credit discrepancies.
5. International project developments, JV and other financing needs.
