Description:
PROPOSAL FOR COCOA PROCESSING JOINT VENTURE PARTNERSHIP

Recently in my bid to expand and diversify my business i acquired a cocoa plantation jointly based on a share option with a local farmer, normally the government of ghana handles the export of cocoa, the government buys from the local farmers and then export, this has been the mainstay of ghana's economy along side gold.well i came up with an idea to go into cocoa processing as it would be more viable, various companies like nestle, cadbury and other confectionery giants spend a lot of money importing and processing cocoa into various components used in the production of some of their products, from research and my contacts i realized that these companies are willing to outsource or purchase directly from any company who processes cocoa,so in my feasibilty study i came up with a list of ready buyers who assured me of instant purchases once the products are ready. There is ample info in my proposal

The overall project is worth about $750,000

Right now i need a partner because the cost outlay involved is to huge for me to bear although the profit is quite huge and outrageous,i would have loved to explore and keep the profits to myself but the truth is that i cannot finance the project single handedly and secondly i need partners who will act as agent and distributors in other countries where the items will be shipped to.I have analysed the whole cost structure with my project manager and in conlusion the overall cost will run into about $175,000 there is more information in my proposal .I am willing to go into a joint venture partnership based on 70/30 cost and profit sharing percentage..this means my partner would provide 30% of the cost and will earn a return on capital of 30%(profit) or preferably our terms can be negotiated, then i will factor in the money have spent so far to reach a conclusion,as you know i have already spent money in acquiring part of the plantation. Please note that this is not a get rich scheme,it is just a normal business based on insight, knowledge and advantage

Please if you are interested feel free to write me.
