My company is negotiating the Master Franchise Rights of an extremely successful clothing retailer in Asia. This retailer first opened its doors in 1998 and currently now has 52 stores. The brand is looking to expand internationally by 2014. By partnering ourselves with this particular brand, we can benefit from an experienced and established company to rival some of North America’s major fashion labels. This is a multi - million dollar company in Asia and we want to duplicate its success in both the U.S. and Canada.

Negotiations started in 2007 and now have a firm commitment from the franchiser to start International Franchise Development for Canada to begin immediately. The Franchiser believes that we can be the partner to establish their presence in the North American market. We would have the option to secure exclusive rights for western Canada or the entire country and be the first and only to offer the brand. We may entertain the possibility of a U.S. operation depending on investor participation and location. This opportunity shows a strong ROI and rapid growth under this particular franchise.

Under a Master Franchise Agreement, we would have the ability to determine the locations in prime urban areas/city centers either as company owned outlets or franchised units. This business model has proven to be extremely lucrative for both the franchisor and master franchisee. Retailer shows favorable square footage to sales ratio and an augmented product line consisting of men and women’s apparel, underwear, fragrances and accessories.

The company will operate in 2 different capacities:
1.) Retail operations
2.) Franchise operations (sales and support)

Revenue Streams:
1.) Franchise sales
2.) Franchise royalties
3.) Retail clothing sales
4.) Logistics
5.) Online sales

We are in the start up phase and are looking for partners/ investors to finance operations and develop corporate infrastructure. We are looking for individuals with retail industry experience, marketing, logistics and franchise backgrounds to join our team. You’ll be pleasantly surprised on how well this retailer will fit in the North American market. We are seeking $600k in initial start up costs which would include the Master Franchise Fee.
