Winmuir Inc. is looking for an angel investor to help fund the development and distribution of a tool we have invented, specifically designed for construction worker safety. At the present time there is no such tool on the market. Our sales will target state's D.O.T. as well as private construction companies. This would be an lower cost, high volume sales tool. Building the parts of the tool will be outsourced to local companies and assembled at our location. The working capital needed will be to fund legal fees,purchases of raw materials, parts, and short term coverage of salaries of workers and salesmen. Once funding is in place, this tool could be ready for delivery in 8 to 10 weeks.We are ready to go with this project.
