Description:
We are in the process of a new Recording Studio start-up, and are interested in finding financing to help power the business. Currently the principal to the project has skin-in-the-game if $1 million, however, we are seeking $15 million from outside sources.

This new studio will eventually be located in Nashville, TN and will offer services in the following areas: Music Recording, Artist Recording, Mastering Services, Film/TV Audio Post, ADR Services, and other recording services.

The principal to this project is highley experienced, and has obtained a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail College, as well as certification on Pro-Tools operations.

We can provide the following documents for review: Executive Summary, Business Plan, Pro-Forma, Resume, Personal Financial Statement, and a Business Financial Statement.

Our ideal source for financing would be a Hedge Fund or other creative funding source. We are open to most any kind of financing, as long as there are no upfront fees. The principal to this project is financially strong, and will be able to present a funding source with this strong project.
