Description:
I own and operate three restaurants in Cincinnati. I have been in profitable operation for 6+ years. I am looking to expand. I have won numerous awards, including Best Pizza in Cincinnati in 2005-2006, and Best Greek Pizza in city.
I sell pizza by the slice until 3 AM, in urban, bar districts. It costs $150,000 to build and will net a minimum of $75,000( all the way to $200,000) in the right location.
I have 34 years in restaurant operations, including an original franchisee of Chi-Chi's, in their heyday.
