Our executives are seeking financial assistance for an Upscale Night Club to be developed in a growing area. We have over 15 years experience in the industry and personally know owners or all major bars, clubs and lounges in greater area. Would prefer a sinlge investor, willing to merge multiple investors for project. Upscale lounge will out perform existing clubs. 650K U.S. required.
