Seeking an investor to help start a night club in a largely populated area with tons of year around tourism that is in need of a night life destination. There are only a couple small bars, with very small dance floors that are severely over crowed with night life seeking to have some fun. This would provide the perfect opportunity for jobs, entertainment, tourism boosting, and over all destination for those seeking to have fun, meet people, dance, and have a good time.
