Description:
We are seeking financing of USD$250 Million over an approximate 5 year period for a real estate project in India.

In return for this investment our client has agreed to do the following:

1)Willing to pay a higher interest rate than the international market
2) Will use the funds to mortgage the land and buy the machinery
3) Will write out post dated cheques for the loan
4) will pay the lender a share of the profits plus interest once the loan term has been completed.
