I am seeking an investor to assist in the acquisition of a mechanical contracting firm in the growing (post Katrina) area of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Firm focusing on HVAC install and service at present, some electrical install. Could easily begin plumbing and refrigeration. Sound management and marketing needed. None at present and still grossing $5million + annually. Great plan to substantially increase productivity. Overall price to be in $4million range to include all assets, land, building and warehouse.
