Owner/ operator with team of experienced promoters and employees on board is looking for investor to acquire established nightclub in highly sought after River North night club district in Chicago.

• Owner/operator holds 12+ years’ experience managing multiple bars/clubs in Chicago land area with experienced team of promoters and employees on board
• Currently owns / operates 8500 sq ft. sports bar/langue in Wrigley Field area
• Looking to expend into River North club district and currently holds established 6000sq ft venue with all required licenses under contrast (Tavern License, Late Hour License, PPA License)
• Existing nightclub currently operates with substantial profit, open 3 days a week only
• Establishment has a potential for substantial revenue increase
• Seeking serious investors only, expected annual return on investment 30-45% (Common ROI in Social Entertainment Venture )
