We are seeking start up capital for hybrid exclusive luxury residential rentals as a comparable alternative to fee based Private Residence Clubs/Luxury Destination Clubs, 4-5 Star luxury hotel suites, or second homes ownership. The funds necessary to start up this business does include the acquisition of real estate via seller carryback.
