USE OF PROCEEDS:
Expenses include satellite administration office, three salaried employees for data entry, three sales people (Base plus commission) and general operating expenses, open eastern Canada, develop three tourist destinations US, develop sun destination (currently in discussions) and finalize Business Associate program.
