Description:
Seeking $350,000 funding for acquisition and expansion of 30 yr old business that specializes in boat shoes and apparel for the yachting community. The business does in the neighborhood of $800k/yr in sales. The seller is willing to hold majority of price, but need additional $350,000 in about 45 days.

Side notes:
Personal Credit situation, 630-665 FICO, no lates in 4 years, no BK's or foreclosures ever. Credit score low due to high balance on a credit card. Bills have been paid down, but credit score slow in recovery.

Also, own 3 year company, but no financials or credit history on company available.
