I'm seeking a financial investor or investors for a loan on two (2) gentlemans club ventures in south carolina..Both clubs are in beautiful myrtle beach SC. Both clubs are very upscale and do good business..On one of the clubs the realestate is available but I would prefer to just buy the business first and then after paying off 50% of the loan go back and buy the realestate...I need about 2.3 mill for one of the clubs and about 750,000 for the other..this includes plenty of start up money for both businesses..Both clubs are doing about 3 mill gross a year in business...I currently have 550,000 to put in the project from a angel investment firm that I applied with...I look forward to hearing from you...
