Description:
Subscription based Cooking e-magazine containing the following content:
• 20 - 30 new recipes from Celebrated Chef Michael Braddock every month, 100-250 total new recipes.
• 1 article on a celebrity chef or vintner and their restaurant or winery with live cookinar with this chef during
the month.
• 3 Reviews of local restaurants or maybe a very extensive review section from other cities also freelance
review section.
• 1 Video article on ethnic cuisine and how to cook it properly. A portion of monthly recipes will be ethnic.
• 1 Video article on specialty cuisine ( like lean, light, diabetic, low carb, weight training, sports training etc.)
A portion of monthly recipes will be specialty.
• 1 Article on cooking for kids.
• 3 - 5 product reviews.
• 3 - 5 video recipes.
• 3 - 5 skills video ( knife skills, deferent cooking methods, baking tips, food selection, etc).
• All recipes come with linked (if available) text and pictures.
• 2 online cooking classes with Chef Braddock for members with live online chat. These will be presented as
an interactive/social event with members encouraged to invite over friends and family to participate.
• 1 celebrity guest cooking class.
• 2-4 cooking classes with specialty chefs (consider ethnic or specialty cuisine).
• Professional cooking blogs. Also cooking blogs by members. All organized effectively so that others can
locate valuable and relevant information.

Always available:

• Online Self Organized Social Structure (MyKitchenSpace). For managing you recipes, sharing recipes with
friends and family members or even printing your own cookbook from the site.
• Searchable database of recipes with extensive links to skill videos, wiki entries, and recipe preparation
videos.
• Cooking Wiki (includes dictionary).
• Cooking messaging Threads (part of mykitchenspace).
• User posted recipes, with ability (and encouragement) to do them as video's or with picture by using a
recipe wizard and user ratings of the recipes usefulness.
• User commentary on their experiences with any of the items in the main eMagazine.
• Classified advertisements (additional costs).
• Sign-up links for local cooking classes in your area.
• Online cooking class video's (archives of Chef Braddock/guest chef classes).
• User posted reviews of products (use a product review wizard) and user rating on the usefulness of the

• Live help with your cooking (customer support, but requiring CRS's to be 2nd or 3rd year culinary students
or experienced chefs that can assist with the recipes that have been offered in the eMagazine or their

• Possible cooking cams (video cameras in various restaurants, with might schedule cooking technique
demos during their regular prep times).
