Digital Healthcare is sole US licensee of patent claims and other IP governing the process of automating insurance primacy determinations.
Digital Healthcare's patent-protected business method has been called 'the Holy Grail of healthcare finance by a recently-retired health plan CEO.
Digital Healthcare's systems sort the primacy of insurance for patients in real time, and assures that billing for care occurs in the proper regulatory sequence.
The implementation of systems of this kind has been mandated for Medicaid and Medicare by the Congress through the Deficit Reduction Act and SCHIP Extension Act, respectively. These are each billion-dollar subscribers for the new technology.
The Company has funded the lobbying for this result through 200 angel investors, who have made $5 MM available so far. The next step is to form $10 MM of new capital to (a) complete the lobbying and (b) show the 'adequate access to capital' required for government agencies to issue contracts.
