Secondly, we are provider of LC, SBLC and BG and our formats are nearly unconditional. We issue our instruments from Banks in Singapore and Europe. Our banks are within 1000 ratings in the world records. Our services fee ranging from 3.5% to 14% and to be upfront or via escrow with law firm.

Secondly, we also provide Real Estate LC. Such kind of LC is valid for 6 months and 1 year. The LC shall be used by developers, turnkey contract and real estate investment.


We like to work with brokers, intermediaries and direct client for our services. We are inviting clients who had trade facilities with their banks to write to us for further discussion.
