Description:
I own a company that produces an award winning wireless healthcare device. My company's assets are being acquired by a public company for several millions of dollars in publicly traded stock. This is in final stages. In order to ensure the highest possible final appraisal, which is the basis for how much stock I get, I need $300,000 to:

a) pay for audited financials of my private company (50k)
b) pay for non-provisional patent applications (50k)
c) produce more units of our product for demonstration to our distributors (200k)

Once these needs are funded, we expect the acquisition to close 90-120 days thereafter.
