Description:
Our client requires 100% funding for the purchase of a USD 12 million bijou beach-front Hotel/Resort on Koh Samui Island, Thailand.

He is experienced in the Hospitality Business, and they already have another project there that is already up-and-running, in which they have invested all their own funds.

This small hotel is located on one of the most popular beaches, is beautiful and in excellent condition. It has 46 luxury sea-view units, as well as 16 beach-front individual Villas; there are Restaurants, landscaped tropical gardens, swimming pool, children pool, Jacuzzi, and more.

Occupation is high and is commercially a successful entity all-round.

We are looking or a (JV)Investor / direct Lender for this USD 12 million property, and it is thought that the our client will want the Investor to partner future Hospitality acquisitions on the Island in the very near future.

Because of my client’s past negative experiences and monies lost of so-called “up-front” fees to unscrupulous “brokers”, he is not amenable to the payment of any fees or costs prior to closing, but would agree to the re-payment of any such costs and fees, including a premium, at loan settlement.
