Design, build, and manage a utility scale 1.5 Mega Watt Photo Voltaic Solar Array

Installation Time Frame for completion 4-6 months

30 year land lease on a high security 40 acre tract outside of Kingman, Arizona

20 Year Power Purchasing Agreement (PPA) with Tucson Electric Power Company (TEP), the principal subsidiary of UniSourceEnergy (publicly traded on the NYSE under the symbol UNS), serves more than 375,000 customers in Southern Arizona.

PPA guarantees electricity will be purchased at $0.141/kwhfor 20 years

ETA Engineering is contracted on a turn-key basis for design, installation, and maintenance

8,000+ photo voltaic modules will be supplied by Canadian Solar with a 25 year warranty
Projected Incentives

Net revenue to Members from electricity sales exceeding $600,000 annually

30% federal tax credit available in Year One for $3,300,000

Federal five-year accelerated depreciation schedule applies

Sale of the solar array facility to Tucson Electric Power Company for approximately
60% value ($6.6 million) after Year Five after all credits and depreciation have been utilized.

Estimated Total Return on Investment 142.1%

Estimated Annual Internal Rate of Return 23.6%
