In English - we are building a robot to dig moon dirt (regolith simulant) to win $500,000!

In order to win, our robot must dig and move the most moon dirt (regolith) during the competition - First Place prize is $500,000. NASA is also offering prizes of $150,000 for Second Place and $100,000 for Third Place.

ACME Robotics Division of IT RealityString LLC has announced their intent to enter the Summer 2008 Regolith Excavation Challenge. The competition will be held August 2 and 3, 2008 in the Engineering Plaza on the campus of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo, California. We invite you to experience the enormous sales and marketing opportunities presented by becoming an ACME Robotics Sponsor for the event.

* Exclusive naming rights of the ACME Robotics Excavator
