Your lender will receive collateral that they can cash in one year for the full amount of your loan, that means you do not repay this loan to the lender, the lender gets their money in one year by cashing in the instrument at any bank they chose to have the instrument from.

Requirements: $5,000,000 minimum. You must have a project already approved and have gone through underwriting process and been approved subject to providing additional collateral and the only thing standing in the way of you getting the money is collateral to satisfy the lender.
