Description:
Together, my husband, children, and I operate a small farm where we have started an Equine Assisted Therapy Program for mentally and physically handicapped children and adults.

It is our goal to expand this operation by purchasing a new property which allows for more horses, in-turn, allowing for more children to receive therapy free of charge. Within a 20 minute radius there are more than 300 individuals who would greatly benefit from our program.

What I Need:
We have cared for and maintained 6 horses for the last 5 years with our personal incomes. The need for capital is purely for the expansion. We have fundraising plans to help with the cost of maintainence which will be put in place if we secure the costs for the property purchase. We even have several commitments by local businesses to "sponsor" a horse for a month to eliminate the cost to the parents of the children who would receive therapy at our facility.

We appreciate any consideration given to our project.
