Description:
I own a couple businesses,the one I am referring to is my Lounge and Restaurant that is connected to Hotel. I want to buy the real estate and renovate property. My estimate to buy and renovate is 2.5 million. Advantages are close to interstate,6 acres, Hotel with lounge and restaurant, pool and 120 rooms. Only Hotel at this exit with lounge, The state is going to reduce exit and this will benefit business. Property will go up in value after renovation to a estimated 3 million, I can buy and renovate for around 2.5 million. Hotel is established and been there for 30 years. average income for property is $55000 a month. More info on request.
What I Need:
private investors , I need 2.5 million but I can finance all but $750000. I would rather finance entire project and pay one monthly fee around 12000 or work out a silent partnership agreement based on profit.
