We are the Boise Aquarium. We have $500 in pledges and 3 acres of land donated to us already. We still need someone to back our loan with the bank. Interest rate is 2.5% approved with Zion’s bank (because we are a non-profit)501 c 3 . We are offering 2% of the total loan in interest each year till the bond is paid off as well as a $400k tax deduction YEARLY to the person who lends us their credit. Just to clarify you do not need any money we just need a co-signer. We are a non-profit so we don’t pay taxes. We can shelter $400k each year for you if you cosign for us.
If you could use a $400k tax deduction each year till we pay off the loan than this is the project for you. If you put us in touch with the correct person we will pay you a $50k finder’s fee.

For most of you it doesn't look like a good Idea but if your wise and smart enough you'll understand that morocco is First of all the first country which recognise USA as independant country so there is a lot of convention and bilateral accord btwn morocco and US the last one is the free trade agreement which include a lot of sectors and services.
Actually it smeels crisis in the US and the only way is to expand the area of action of any firms, morocco is a still a virgin land for investor, you can invest in real estate, tourism , transportation, foods, industry, minning , energy and even show and events business are good.
morocco can be you base to attack ( marketing term only  ) Europe, Africa and M. East, logistics and workers are good and can be developped.
So it's like investing in california in the beginning of the 20th century, the 21st you'll look where the sun Rise fo you and set for other

You guys are right to move on.....to an extent.In my experience we paid $2,500 and got the project funded so not all of the investors are scamsters ou there.You just need to know where to go.
