A brief Introduction to Brittaige’s plans for the Peoples Republic of China!

Brittaige has designed and own’s the most advanced automated construction system in the world. We know this to be true as we have reviewed every other system in the world. This is not prefabricated construction where all of the systems were designed to build fast generally low end emergency type construction. The difference is Brittaige took the strictest codes in the world, California code earthquake proof and hurricane proof and designed our equipment to build exactly to these codes. This is so different to anything else, we can not call it prefab we can not call it construction therefore the word of the future is prodstruction a Brittaige trademark which means construct on a production line.

As a result of the aforesaid we build the highest standard of building in the world the reason the world is not building to such high standards is conventionally its to expensive, but The Brittaige Automated Prodstuction System allows us to reach these high standards on price par or less than conventional concrete block or wood construction.. The other most important factor is the speed we can build such a high standard, from one 140,000 square foot plant depending on size and detail of buildings we can build 15 to 40 villas per day ready to move in. Also we can complete the average Chinese five storey apartment building in 3 to 4 weeks, or a fifteen storey hotel or office building in 8 to 12 weeks, all built with much more environmental considerations than any other form of construction. Brittaige has put all of its focus towards the Middle East and Asia; we are in the final stages of full establishment in the Middle East. However we believe China is the most important market in the world. China has an incredible need for our system, and one of the many advantages of leading China to build the best product in the world could be that this would help China to fill in the gap left in the steel industry by the US market. We see in the future 7 to 10 plants or maybe one super plant in China.

What we are looking for in a partner is someone whom will work with us and help us with the correct way on doing business in the construction industry within Mainland China, that would finance the first plant in the form of a short term loan and purchase up to 50% of the shares at a negotiated rate.
