Description:
We have exclusive rights for three movies. We require four hundred thousand for above the line expense. Cash required for expenses in raising capital for production. Scripts are completed for two movies and the third is in progress. The first round of investment would be for the first movie only. Exit will be through cash payback from financing raised. Capital expenditures for production from Distribution and sales agreements. Return of 30% of 100% of profit from sales of movie in theaters.
