Description:
February 20, 2010
I represent my client with this unique opportunity in the form of a short term bridge loan.
Please note there are no fees to the lender as we have a contract with the principle.
The details are as follows:
To Whom It May Concern:
We are looking for investment for shows with Heart, and Blues great Buddy Guy (with Jonny Lang).
The shows are on sale and are doing very well, so consequently, the opportunity is somewhat different. The details are:
1. Looking for 220K as a loan, not as an investment (risk).
2. I have almost 700K in ticket sales being held by the box offices (Ticketmaster, etc.). This amount increases daily, will likely be at 1 Million by end of February, or sooner.
3. Willing to pay up to 30% return, on an annualized basis. Funds required now, to be repaid by April 30th. Ideally the Finder’s fee is inclusive to the loan.
4. Because the concerts are in a profit position, I am willing to sign loan documents personally guaranteeing the funds. I am also willing and able to sign "Assignment of Proceeds" documents for the ticket sales, so that the funds go back directly from Ticketmaster to you. So you have the funds going directly to you, with me also backing it personally.
5. I am willing to back this personally, as I mentioned, because the shows are in profit. I am also wanting, frankly, to bet on myself.
I have upcoming multiple shows this year with the following: Steely Dan, Harry Connick Jr., ZZ Top, another 8 to 10 shows with Heart...and more.
