Description:
I am looking for start up money to purchase a large building in Philadelphia, New York, California, or another location and open it as a nightclub. When I get done with it, it will be one of the top ten gay nightclubs in the world! I will incorporate some ideas from other nightclubs that I have seen and have worked in the past, along with several ideas of my own that will help the nightclub succeed. Just like other nightclubs of its type, like The Max in Omaha, NE (currently one of the top 10 gay nightclubs in the world), my night club will draw people in from all over with its laser light shows live music, celebrity musicians, and more! I am looking for 15 million dollars for purchase of the building, rezoning, renovation to turn the building into a nightclub, inventory for the nightclub, liquor license, training, etc. I am hoping that there is someone out there that is willing to help someone out with getting my nightclub dream up and running. Again, I hope someone or some business out there would be willing to help me with the $15 million for this project! Please feel free to contact me if you can help.
