I am attempting to open a Cocktail Lounge, Sports Bar with low impact sports activities and live nightly entertainment for the Baby Boomer demographic in the Lakes Region in NH.
The building location has been secured. The back end loan to purchase the building (504 Loan) has been negotiated. The front end financing requires an additional $515K of capitol to renovate, purchase furnishings and stock.
I'd like to discuss investment options with serious investors only. Interest only loans or stock options available.
