Description:
I am starting a business that revolves around the many distressed properties in the East Valley. I have first access to the upcoming foreclosures as I am an Inspector for many of banks/lenders in the area. I have been a Project Manager for Home builders in the past and just lack the funding to get my business of the ground. The business plan includes buying distressed properties from the bank @ no more than 65% of actual appraised value, renovating, and selling. These properties are Bank inventory homes. My business plan differs from others in that I will be only seeking damaged homes that the banks are just sitting on. No more than 15% will be invested to remodel, leaving at least a 20% return on investment.
