Description:
I am currently looking for an investor for R 13,649,728.75 for a Green Luxury 4 apartment residential development in Higgovale Cape Town.

I am funding the entire project to a point where pre-sales is possible and completed. This includes architectural costs, planning submission fees, interior design fees, 3D renderings, marketing budget, etc.

We have appointed Fine & Country as the real estate agents for the development due to there knowledge of the area.

An agreement is in place regarding the purchase of the land for the development which will only go through on the completion of the pre-sales. This is where my problem comes in I am not in a position to allow be equity to cover a
R 13,649,728.75 loan in order to purchase the land and complete the development.

The time frame from the day transfer of the land happens to occupancy is 5 months due to the manner in which we will construct as well as the materials being used. The construction technique and materials are environmentally friendly as the time to complete the construction of the house is 5 months.

So I require the funding for a maximum period of 6 months
