We are looking for Investors who wants to make $15,000 to $25,000 on a spread for their investment

We get homes Nationwide for serious cash buyers only!!!
We are looking for investors that will take there profit on the spread, without trying to get a discount on the discount we receive.
This way its a win/win situation for us both.

Here is what we can do for you:

We get you homes weekly, some homes in need repairs, but not more than $10,000
We get you the appraisal report, a rehab work up, pics and a comparative market analysis
We get you properties with a $15,000 to $25,000 spread/profit

You can buy and hold, fix and resell, rent, lease option, or owner finance etc...Any strategy you choose you will make your profit on this property

Heres what you can do for us:

You can pay us 90% to 95% of the Fair Market Value ( the appraisal report we will provide)
We need investors that can close in 7 days and have 10% immediate downpayment!!
