Description:
I am interested in developing 50 units of 3 bedroom maisonette in Nairobi. The units will be sold to middle class income earners whose housing needs have not yet been addressed by most real estate developers in Kenya. Having worked as a real estate agent for the past 3 years, I am well versed with real estate industry in Kenya. To this end, I have expressed interest to buy 3 acres of land along Mombasa Road. I have not committed by way of paying deposit until I am certain I would get an investor to provide capital to develop the units under my Company's supervision. Sale of the units will commence as soon as the project has been approved by the Local Authorities. With this kind of arrangement, the investor doesnt have to provide 100% funding as deposits paid in by the buyers will be utilised as construction progresses.
