Description:
I have an 11,000 sq. ft. Building framed and in the dry, but am unable to secure the balance of the construction funding.
It will be a high end, 10 unit building.
It will be for age 55 and up adults, no children, no smokers , no pets, fully equipped with appliances, t-5 cable, wireless Internet, refuse collection, tile and hardwood floors in common areas with carpet in the bedrooms.
There is no such property I my local vicinity. The property is located within 2 miles of Beaver Lake and 10 miles of historic Eureka Springs.
With 10,000 baby boomers retiring every day, I feel confident we can fill this property easily, especially with the apartment segment in new construction being the sector with the most current growth.
I am looking for a long term equity partner or a short term (10 year) investor.
