We are a new startup business conveniently located in the heart of Fresno, (ASK) A Simple Knead Medical Massage Therapy Center is the first in the San Joaquin Valley to offer medical massage therapy treatment for Fibromyalgia, as well as to address chronic conditions such as Carpal Tunnel syndrome, Sciatica, Migraines/headaches, Range of motion issues, Back and Neck pain, Muscle cramps, and Restless Legs Syndrome.

Our company is seeking $2,000 to $6,000 to pay for rent and overhead expenses. We are locked into a 1 year lease. Our office is furnished with message tables, creams, sheets, and towels etc. We plan to interview potential staff in 2 weeks and our goal is to open our doors to the public March 2010. Ourcurrent investor friend who agreed to assist us with overhead expenses went into financial hardship in January 2010 and can no longer assist us, and therefore we are unable to pay for February 2010 rent.

We have talked to many people throughout Fresno, Clovis, Caruthers, and Selma areas and found that Fibromyalgia affects people, mostly women who reside in the San Joaquin Valley. Fibromyalgia a severe case of muscles tension that mimics flu-like symptoms that is currently incurable. The women that we’ve spoken to are very excited to know that we will be serving them with professional medical massage practices to ease their severe body aches and pains.

We are confident that we will accomplish a steady increase on investments within six months, and will provide our investors with a full return within eighteen months.
