I am thinking, planing, and plotting BIG. Really to be honest more like huge 4.5 million dollars huge. There is a building rich in history and rich in beauty and full of potential with a great story of neglect and abuse to tell. I have heard her cry and received the vision for her restoration. So let me give you the short a 11k sq ft restaurant, lounge with cigar bar a venue that holds 1200 for concert and play venue 600 for tabled conference and play or concert perfect for proms and such as well as political plate fundraisers and such bathed in opulence a day spa along with two very private luxury suites in adjoining mansion beautiful outside scenery and dinning your every whim catered to. That’s really just the tip of the scale there is more to be found in the vision with great room and opportunity for growth whets needed most of all is an angel investor to help me bring this to light
