Description:
I am currently seeking an Angel investor interested in providing start up capital for a small Bar and Grill located in the historic public square of a growing town with a population of approximately 38,000.
I am a new veteran of the War on Terrorism and qualified for a loan backed by the SBA's Patriot Express initiative up to 75%.
Though the business is still in the conceptual stage, I am currently engaged in extensive research, as well as networking with a local Business Attorney, city officials, and other local business owners.
Initial estimates indicate that a loan of approximately $340,000 will be required to cover all initial start up costs, licensing, permits, and not less than one full year of operating costs.
An investor is needed for initial liquidity injection, and to provide the capital required by a lender in order to secure the SBA backed loan.
