Description:
We are looking for an investor to help open a IT driven website in the St Louis area that would offer gift cards for local restaurants similar to groupon. This would be the only exclusive dining out website in the area. St Louis has a population of 2.5 million and 1 million households.

While most sites offer a 50/50 split we intended to offer the restauranteurs a much higher return at 75% or 80%, and payment within 5 working days rather then a month.

We have a strong sales background and some restaurant connections. We need $25,000
$12000-$15000 for web development, $10,000 advertising.

Forecasting 300 daily sales by year end and 500 by 2013. Would consider a $.50 return for each gift certificate sold.
