The Company is in the IT services industry, and will provide its clients with various Franchised IT services including troubleshooting advice and service regarding existing computer systems and technologies, and the purchase, installation, and maintenance of various information technology products. The Company intends to develop ongoing relationships with businesses that will be billed on a monthly basis. The company will also maintain a residential market presence to address the computer needs of home customers.
The Company, from time to time, will also make product sales from the Company’s vendors to businesses and residential clients. This could be a significant secondary stream of revenue for the business.
The financing will be used for the following:
• Development of the Company’s office location include FF&E.
• Financing for the first 12 months of operation.
• Capital to purchase initial inventories of IT related hardware and software.
• Hiring of staff including Technicians and Office support.
• Lease or purchase of one or more business vehicles.
Founder will contribute up to $50,000 to the venture.
The Company was founded by Mr. Feras Mash, who as an entrepreneur possesses more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry and the business world in general. Mr. Mash started and operated several businesses, the most recent of which was a federal contracting businesses that had sales exceeding $10M. Through his expertise, he will be able to bring the operations of the business to profitability within its first year of operations.
The business, through its employed Technicians and subcontractors, will provide IT consulting, networking, data storage and management, computer troubleshooting and management, software management, and enterprise computing solutions. Each client of The Company will receive only the highest level of professional computing services. Our Technicians are certified in each of segments from which their expertise stems.
The Technology Solutions offered by the Company include, but not limited, to the following:
- On Demand (Break-Fix) services
- Annual and monthly monitoring and maintenance service agreements for Business and Residential
- Websites & Internet Services
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Cloud Computing
- IP Telephony (VoIP)
- Electronic Document Management
- Hardware and Software product sales
There are a few competitors to our business in the immediate area:
- Business competitors are small independently owned businesses like IndyComp, PC Help Services and IT Clean Pro, and IT franchises like CMIT, TeamLogic IT, and Computer Renaissance.
- Residential competitors are big stores like Best Buy Geek Squad, a few independently owned businesses like PC Help Services and The Mobile Geeks, and IT franchises like CMIT and Computer Renaissance.
- There are a number of one man technical operations in the area like Bob’s computer repair, but they are too limited in resources and market area to offer any significant competition
We will utilize our Franchise extensive marketing programs to advertise and target customers with high quality material showcasing our services and offering incentives to signup with us. Finally, we will use the Franchise vendor and partner programs to expand our offerings and provide customers a one stop shop for all their IT needs.
The Franchisor is a successful organization with over 450 worldwide locations. The support system is extremely well organized and extensive. The franchisor will assist us at every step to make the operation a success!
We've secured a substantial territory in a large business area with options to expand our territory.
