Description:
We are looking for private investors/fin. groups which are able to fund our project - the Reconstruction of the old cement factory in the Republic of Somaliland (Somaliland is former part of Somalia with democratically elected president, stable and interdependent from Somalia since 1991).

Mining site is 800m from cement factory which is located 30km from capital and naval city Berbera. It gives you easy way to export. Deposits of lime stone is very large, calculated for 100 000 000 MT of mineral resources.

We have prepared Business plan to overview for potential investors and detailed economical table. Project with min. investment funding need 10 mi. EUR, with 100% of production project require 28 mil. EUR or full project written in business plan is calculated for 40 mil EUR with docking station (it will safe money for fees and gives us additional income). Economic return is 5 years. I see this project very lucrative.

Project is highly supported by the government of Somaliland. We are open for any possibilities of cooperation, we have know-how, prepared bussiness plan and development companies and strong relationship with governors in Somaliland. Type of funding is up to investor - entry to the company, silent partnership, shareholder, pay per bill etc.

It is very good chance for private investors to be the first and startup very high profitable business. We have another few business ideas to open in the Somaliland. We can discuss it on personal meeting.
