Our focus is to publish and distribute a lifestyles magazine to a 55+ demographic with a household income
of $100,000 and greater in Austin, TX. Subscriptions will be free to the reader and the magazine will be supported 100% by local advertising. We expand nationally through franchising. The marketing and advertising industries target younger rather than older consumers. Companies have turned a blind eye to this graying market. These "seniors" are more active than ever before and 86 percent feel that advertising isn't aimed at them. A recent report published in the Economist magazine reported that companies spend over 95 percent of their marketing and advertising budgets on the under-50 age groups.

This leaves a huge gap in advertising to the 55+ affluent demographic. Potential revenue growth and planned exit strategy and pay-off is huge. Ask for 2 page executive summary then complete business plan.
